Extended Warranty – Terms and Conditions
Coverage Period: 3 years from the date of original product purchase.
1. What’s Covered
- This extended warranty covers one (1) Mitolux device and includes:
- Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship
- Malfunctioning LED panels
- Power supply and internal wiring issues
- Faulty switches or circuitry
- Diminished light output not caused by external damage
2. What’s Not Covered
- This extended warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage due to drops, misuse, or accidents
- Water or liquid damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic issues like scratches, dents, or discoloration
- Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow instructions
3. Eligibility
- Warranty must be purchased at the time of original product purchase or within 24 hours of it.
- Valid for one (1) Mitolux device only per warranty purchased.
- Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
4. Claim Process
- To file a warranty claim, please email us at support@mitolux.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the problem
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Once approved, Mitolux will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost. Shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
- This extended warranty is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- It does not extend to resale or commercial use unless otherwise stated.
- Mitolux reserves the right to substitute a similar product if your original model is no longer available.
- Mitolux is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States and may vary by state or country.
