Return Policy

Mitolux offers a 30-day return period for eligible products purchased directly from mitolux.com, subject to the terms and conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

Returns must be requested and postmarked before the end of the 30-day return period. The 30-day period begins on the date the product is delivered, as shown by the carrier tracking information.

Returns shipped after the 30-day return period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, products must be returned in full, including all original components, accessories, manuals, packaging, and any included materials.

Returned products must be in like-new condition. Returns with missing, damaged, altered, or incomplete components may be refused or may be subject to additional deductions from the refund, where permitted by law.

All kits, bundles, and product configurations must be returned complete. Partial returns of kits or bundles may be refused.

Opened or Used Products

Unopened products returned within the original sealed packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

Opened or used products, if accepted for return, are subject to a restocking fee of $100.00 USD.

Mitolux reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, missing components, altered, used outside the provided instructions, or returned in a condition that does not meet this policy.

No Exchanges or Substitutions

Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may place a new order separately.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved by Mitolux and issued a return authorization number before being shipped back.

Returns sent without a return authorization number, sent to the wrong address, or shipped without following the return instructions may be refused and returned to the sender.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Mitolux is not responsible for lost, delayed, refused, or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

Inspection and Refund Processing

All returned products will be inspected after they are received.

Approved returns are generally processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, deductions for missing or damaged components, or other amounts permitted under this policy and applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refused Deliveries and Return-to-Sender Packages

If an order is refused at delivery, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or modified shipping address, the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.

These orders may require an extended processing window because the product must first be received and inspected before any refund is issued.

Mitolux is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed delivery, or additional fees caused by customer-requested changes to the shipping address, shipping method, delivery instructions, or other carrier-level modifications.

International Returns

All international returns must be shipped to our return center located in the United States.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges related to the return shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Unauthorized Returns

If an item is returned without authorization, outside the return period, or in a condition that does not qualify for return, Mitolux may refuse the return.

If a refused or unauthorized return is received, we may attempt to contact you using the contact information provided with your order. If the item is not claimed or return shipping is not arranged within 30 days after notice, the item may be discarded or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.

Purchases from Authorized Retailers

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from mitolux.com.

If you purchased your Mitolux product through an authorized retailer, distributor, or reseller, please contact that seller directly. Their return policy will apply to your purchase.

Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
