This Shipping Policy applies to eligible orders placed through www.mitolux.com.

Shipping Areas

Mitolux ships to the United States and to certain international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.

For eligible U.S. orders, Mitolux offers Free USA Shipping. International shipping availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, and product availability.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in a separate communication from Mitolux.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping Within the United States

For customers in the United States, Mitolux offers Free USA Shipping on eligible orders.

Estimated domestic delivery time:

  • Free USA Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, operational issues, or other circumstances outside Mitolux’s control.

International Shipping

Mitolux may offer international shipping to certain countries. Available destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout when available.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or carrier.

Mitolux is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, local delivery carriers, or failure by the customer to pay required duties, taxes, or fees.

Shipping Costs

For eligible U.S. orders, Free USA Shipping is available.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as package weight, destination, and carrier rates. Applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate Mitolux policy.

Shipment Tracking

When an order ships, Mitolux will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier when action is required to complete delivery.

Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any apartment, suite, unit number, gate code, or other delivery information required by the carrier.

Customers should also provide a valid phone number and email address so they can be contacted if delivery coordination is required.

Mitolux is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, return-to-sender packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts and Carrier Communication

If the carrier cannot deliver the package, requires additional information, or needs the customer to arrange a second delivery attempt, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the carrier in a timely manner.

Failure to respond to carrier requests or arrange delivery may result in the package being returned to sender, delayed, refused, or held by the carrier.

Customer-Requested Carrier Changes

If the customer modifies the shipping address, shipping method, delivery instructions, hold location, or any other shipment details directly with the carrier, Mitolux is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed delivery, extra fees, or other issues resulting from those modifications.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Return-to-Sender Packages

If an order is refused at delivery, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or customer-requested carrier modifications, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs fees, processing fees, or other applicable charges may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.

Refunds for returned-to-sender packages may require an extended processing time because the package must first be received and inspected by Mitolux.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Mitolux is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

If your shipment appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact Mitolux Support at support@mitolux.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and may assist with filing a carrier claim where appropriate.

Please retain all packaging materials, product components, and delivery documentation if your package arrives damaged.
