Better Than Sunshine - Red light therapy Lamp

I like this light. It's sturdy, well built and is convenient to use. I can pop it onto the coffee table and get my vitamin D dose while watching a show on TV. And I like the red light health feature. I've used it to relieve some muscle aches. I also like the built in programs that automatically turn the lamp off when the appropriate dose has been delivered. Great product!

I own the UVb tube style lamp and wasn't get much more than 35 ng/ml on labs using 3x a week . After just three days of using the p5 setting on the mitolux my skin is a tad red . This was using at the recommended distance. So apparently my skin was not very hardened by using the other UVB lamp.
In April of 2025 I will be getting Labs again and when I do I will write a second review. The person who said that this is weak either doesn't know how to read directions or they're not using it at the proper distance or at the proper strength setting. I have a few vdr mutations and can't tolerate supplements without sleep maintenance insomnia. This doesn't hurt my sleep at all.

Don’t like it.

I started using my Mitolux lamp one month ago and am already seeing results! I've had chronically low vit D levels for years. With supplements I was able to get it to 40. After one month of using the lamp and my supplements, my last test showed my levels had increased to 83!!

OMG! I love this lamp so much. I review many products and I thought, just another lamp. When I turned it on I had to take some deep breaths- you can feel the power of the sun. It’s beautiful like a blanket or warm hug. It makes me happy and I get to finally sun my perineal area in the comfort of my home!
