Based on Caribbean sunlight at latitude 13°N, Sun Modes recreate the natural solar progression indoors — from gentle morning light to peak midday intensity — on your schedule, any time of year.
Each Sun Mode combines UVB with visible and near-infrared wavelengths, reflecting the principle that in nature, UV exposure arrives as part of a broader spectrum, not in isolation.
UVB + Red/NIR at low intensity. Ideal for building tolerance. Fitzpatrick formula: 8× (Type III = 24 min). Up to 5× weekly.
Balanced UV + visible + NIR. Step up after consistent tolerance. 4× Fitzpatrick (Type III = 12 min). Up to 5× weekly.
