Better Than Sunshine - Red light therapy Lamp

I like this light. It's sturdy, well built and is convenient to use. I can pop it onto the coffee table and get my vitamin D dose while watching a show on TV. And I like the red light health feature. I've used it to relieve some muscle aches. I also like the built in programs that automatically turn the lamp off when the appropriate dose has been delivered. Great product!

I am really loving my Mitolux sunlamp! Easy to use and it really feels good! Also love the great info about benefits of sun exposure, etc from Guti!

So glad that I decided to take Dr. Kevin Stock's advice and splurge on this sun lamp. I'm not only getting Top of the Day Sun in the dead of winter, but I also use the Healing setting for Red light exposure in the morning and evening. Great piece of hardware and definitely recommend!

NB: I honestly can't vouch for whether or not you ought to be staring at this thing on the Healing setting, but for my own personal use, I'm loving it! (and I'm not blind yet~)

Let me start by saying that I am a very large member of the biohacking community and have been exposed to and around every new technology that is out there.  I have heard all the pitches and all the “reasons” why one places products are superior to the others... I have reached out to over 10 different owners of red light companies and products to see what kind of guidance they can provide on what sets their lights apart, what technology they have that is different and to also see how well they know their technology along with how much passion they have about it.  BY FAR, the owner of Mitolux had the MOST data, the MOST enthusiasm and the MOST TIME for me to really dig deep into the science along with the explanation of how to use it and what to expect, with an overabundance of cited studies along with credible user feedback.   I tried multiple different lights and this light was the most durable, the best for traveling and has given the best results by a landslide.  The experience is second to none and I cannot say enough about this entire company.  Another big aspect was his passion about it and the hints he gave me about new technology and projects he was developing along with the purpose entirely.  There is a true care there to actually make a significant difference and HELP people, not just make a buck.  I would give this a million stars if i could but based on a five star rating, its a CLEAR FIVE STARS!  

I love to use my red light in the morning as part of my wake up routine I love to turn it on and use it. Well I journal and my vibe plate is a very soothing way to wake up. It’s not harsh, but I feel very energized and ready for the day whenever I’m done. I also love that my grandson thinks it’s cool so he loves to turn it on and sit in front of the red light, which is just amazing, the whole family uses it!
