I like this light. It's sturdy, well built and is convenient to use. I can pop it onto the coffee table and get my vitamin D dose while watching a show on TV. And I like the red light health feature. I've used it to relieve some muscle aches. I also like the built in programs that automatically turn the lamp off when the appropriate dose has been delivered. Great product!

As a healthcare practitioner, I check my Vitamin D levels regularly. Without supplemental Vitamin D, my Vitamin D runs between 50-60. Very impressed with this UV lamp. The added frequencies to aid in skin protection/repair is a bonus. UV therapy needs time, strength, and distance and this unit hits all 3 in a calculated manner. No old mercury bulbs either like other units. I'm interested to see people's labs to see how it affected their Vit D levels.
