The unit is designed to emit little heat and to cool efficiently with its aluminum design, Do not use for more than 30 minutes if you are in a hot environment (above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

How long it is recommended to use the unit?
- In healing mode (RED + NIR) you can use it for up to 30 minutes per body part (in 10 minute cycles)
